Congratulations on getting your home SOLD!!

Now that you are underway on the sale of your home, there are some important steps that must be accomplished to get you to the closing, and beyond.  First, your purchase agreement will outline necessary steps that you must accomplish prior to your being able to close.  Some necessary events are also under the direction of law.

What are some of these items?

• Seller Disclosure/Disclaimer Statement
• Condo or Homeowner Association Disclosure Packages
• Lead Paint Disclosures
• Termite Inspections
• Well and/or Septic Inspections

We also need to get busy processing your file here at EnTitle.  We need from you right away:

• Copy of your sales agreement
• Current loan information (Lender(s) name(s), addresses, telephone numbers and account numbers
• Current Owners Title Policy (if available)
• Homeowners Association information
